Sharing this for anyone who's interested in getting involved after I spotted a form in the library. Couldn't see an existing thread so apologies if this is a duplication.


Southwark is proposing to stop NHS prescriptions for:


1. 'Self-care medication' (medication you can buy over the counter for eg headaches, hayfever). I find this one worrying as, while it sounds reasonable, given how the proposal is worded I think there's a risk of people feeling it means they can't consult the GP about these kinds of problems when some people may still need to do that.


2. Malaria prevention


3. Some travel vaccinations


Closing date for feedback is 20 August. Apparently it opened on 26 June.
