Cora
Monday morning 10 - 11.30am 'Messy Play' (Basically a baby toddler group) at Bessemer Grange Children's Centre. Think there is also an NCT Bumps and Babes group at the Goose Green Centre on a Mon. Keef
And when she's a bit older, there is TipeeToes at the ceramics cafe on East Dulwich Road. My mum takes my daughter, but I popped in at the end today, and there were a couple of blokes there. snowboarder
There's a dad or two at ruby rhymes up at herne hill baptist church on Monday morning. Tuesday can be a bit empty - maybe sign them up for a swimming class or sthg - crystal palace has lessons on most days unlike the fusion centres which are really limited. charlottep
Great thanks, I think anything where there is even a small presence of dads would appeal. Not sure he's up for something like bumps or babes, although i loved it! I'll take a look at ruby rhymes. Swimming is sorted but any other suggestions very much appreciated. Thanks! millie42
For Mondays - I would second Tippee toes or Ackroyd Childrens Centre in SE23! Both have a number of dads. Ackroyd also run a baby gym on the first Monday of each month. Ackroyd from 10 to about 2 and ?2.75Tuesdays - would really recommend St Saviours Group on Brockley Rise. Really friendly group and several regular dads to chat to.10 to 11.45. ?1.Good luck Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/15777-dad-and-9-month-daughter-what-to-do-on-mondays-and-tuesdays/#findComment-411099 Share on other sites
mouseysarah
There's an active and friendly dad's group in Lewisham and Greenwich which has activities on most days for dads and male carers - worth getting in touch with them. My partner and son love the Tuesday morning dads' playgroup in Brockley. http://www.selondondads.org.uk/ Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/15777-dad-and-9-month-daughter-what-to-do-on-mondays-and-tuesdays/#findComment-411448 Share on other sites

kemurf
Try the soft play at Crystal Palace Sports Centre. It's a mini soft play perfect for crawling babies and young toddlers - all on one floor, balls, games, activites etc. Not like a Gambardo's or Rascal's which are brilliant for older kids. I think it is ?4.70. Closes at 12 pm I think. sandy_rose
Baby sing and sign on Monday mornings at goose green. No dads there at the moment but my partner is planning to start gong with our daugher (same age) soon. It's so much fun and the teacher is fab. regalia
He could try wandering up to the church cafe at the top of Barry rd, the food is better than a greasy spoon and there's usually plenty of mothers and toddlers for little one to either observe or play with.
