Evening everyone

I'm trying to gauge whether there would be any interest in guided relaxation classes for mums to be in the area. The classes would be fairly intimate with maybe 4-6 people, would last around 45 minutes and would focus on progressive muscle relaxation and guided imagery to help reduce stress and increase comfort. Relaxation during pregnancy is both safe and effective, and can have lots of benefits for mums to be.

Does this sound like something you might be interested in? Please let me know, either by replying to this post or messaging me privately.
