seeking 1/2 bed place

My partner and I are looking for a 1/2 bed place for the end of September.

It would be lovely to have some outdoor space and unfurnished would also be fine, but we are pretty open-minded.

We are very good, respectful tenants and will look after the place well, and would prefer a private landlord.
