Yosh!

I speak Japanese and love Japanese food. But, there are a few mysteries to the cooking - for example, miso no nasu 味噌漬け. I am looking for someone who can teach me a little more about Japanese cooking. I am a teacher and have summer break coming up. I will buy all of the ingredients but need some coaching to get it right.... I love cooking and you won't be dealing with an amateur!
