At 11am Village Books will welcome John Gordon Sinclair, often known as Gordy, famous for Gregory's Girl and now a best selling crime writer.

Gordy will be in the bookshop discussing his "desert island books".

Gordy has chosen the 10 books that influenced him, shaped his career and gave him inspiration to become a writer. Come along and join us at 11am.

Gordy will also be telling you about his latest book, Walk in Silence, a compelling kidnap featuring lawyer Keira Lynch who immediately becomes embroiled in trouble when she arrives in Albania.
