Why don't you just do it yourself - saves a lot of money

Plenty of web sites like open rent &this forum

Easy for takin uptrend rented & TA

If you like Inwill do it for you - better service too.!!

I have been searching for a friend who has a flat locally and she would prefer to have it looked after by an agent.

Unfortunately,her current letting agents aren't very good so I am hoping that the forum users might share any recent

positive experiences and recommendations.
