looking for a 2 or 3 bed house/flat

Hi, I am looking to rent a 2 or 3 bed property around peckham,dulwich, lewisham, forest hill and neighboring areas in south east london. It is for myself, my husband and our 7 month old boy.

We are looking for private landlords and would like to cut out agencies and their extreme fees etc.

My Husband workds full time as a Baber in Peckham and I am a part time nanny (increasing my hours when baby gets a bit older) in Dulwich.We are looking for somewhere from August/sept preferably but are willing to wait for the right place if needed.

Please if anyone could help, we can have no issue with the deposit and can provide and extremely good amount of rent upfront more than the usual one month
