Hello,

Leon & I run WordPlay: Audio, Podcast & Radio Podcast Projects http://www.wordplayeducation.co.uk/ and as part of Independent Bookshop Week, we will be setting up our pop-up recording studio at the wonderful bookshop Village Books on Saturday 24th June between 11am & 1pm.

Pop by the bookshop on Saturday 24th to record your favourite booky memories - maybe you've attended some fabulous events run by the Village Books team or you just want to tell us how great Independent Bookshops are!   There are also really bad pitted holes further up near the school and hospital - mainly in the areas cyclists use near the pavement. I have no idea why the pavement and road surfaces of this road used by so many children walking and cycling to school is so poorly served by whoever is responsible for maintenance. A note to all the people driving up to the barrier and forced to do a u-ey, when there are 4 x road closed signs….. maybe the road is closed. Doh!

  Hi i have bought in the past and recently sold and rented through Winkworth ED and can honestly say they have been brilliant. Have dealt with most of staff there and they have all been very professional and helpful. Hope that helps and good luck with your sale!

  Thanks for the confirmation and good to know this tree is going to be preserved. It is very beautiful. Thank you also to those of you who intervened on the ground and with the Council and thank goodness for FOPR!
