Looking for a talented painter who could create clouds on ceiling

Does anyone know of a good artist who could paint clouds on a ceiling, and a rainbow and kites on a wall?

I've google imaged clouds on ceilings and I think it takes a lot of skill to make them look good (there's a lot that don't)...thank you
