Found searching for other SE22 8EW data.

The automatic public convenience was registered with the Valuation Office on 1 April 2017.

Someone did it.

I'm sure April 1st may be relevant. If it is, who thinks that it's amusing. How easy can it be to register a non existent building. Surely, something wrong with the procedure if it can be done simply for fun.

Yes there did but now I think you can just use the loos in the library.

Though last time I did that, I came out to find what appeared to be a coach load of female tourists queuing :))
