Due to overwhelming demand, a new Hypnobirthing Place Essentials Group Class has been added for July.

The course will be on 12th July, from 10am - 2pm, at Goose Green Clinic, 59E Dulwich Rd, SE22 9AP

What you will learn:

- You'll come away with a complete understanding of Hypnobirthing, it's physiological foundation and practical application during pregnancy and birth.

- Discover what to expect during labour and how your mind and body can work together for a calm birth.

- You will let go of existing worries about childbirth, tune into your inner resources and experience the Hypnobirthing breathing and relaxation techniques that you'll take away and to practice at home.

PLEASE NOTE... Although this is not the full course, you?ll still receive the full course companion, all the audio relaxations, ongoing support till your baby is born and the New Baby Notebook which has been described as gold dust!

This course is perfect for anyone:

- already committed to different antenatal classes (e.g. NCT)

- who's experienced labour already and looking for a refresher before the birth of their next baby

- on a limited budget

You?re welcome to come alone or with your partner. It?s worth both of you taking the time off work if possible, since Hypnobirthing works so well when done in partnership. It?s also worth knowing that you?re entitled to paid time off work for birth preparation classes.
