Does anyone have a room to rent for 4 nights in August ?

My mother in law should have been staying with us for four nights ( 18th to 21st August inclusive ) but as building works in our house will not be finished by then, we can not accommodate her.


Does anyone have a room preferably with her own bathroom but not absolutely necessary for these dates.

Herne Hill would be good, near Winterbrooke Road but as long as it's walking distance from there.

Hi


I live in block of flats 1st floor (but no lift) near St Pauls church Herne Hill. We have 3 bed flat but could possible sublet our spare bedroom. I am abroad for entire summer as have two small children but my husband will be in London staying in the flat for one week in August. Which dates are you looking at? The flat is on one level. Bathroom and toilet separate. Just let me know if you are interested.

      Our room fan was making a horrible, loud noise - I called Paul, we agreed a day, he turned up at 8am as agreed and he removed the dying fan and replaced it with a new silent one. He'd given me an approximate cost, and in fact charged exactly that. So, I'll definately keep his phone number handy for any other electrical work that we need.

      Aria has done a great job of fixing all the leaks from our concealed cistern toilet. He successfully replaced the old cistern, flush pipe and waste pipe and installed an isolator valve without damaging any of the surrounding tiles or decor. His communication has been excellent and he has persevered in spite of the challenges involved in this job. We are happy with the result and would be happy to call on him again. Thank you.
