paragon
Everyone loves Chicken Kiev's - but with upwards of 15g of fat in each one, and mostly reconstituted chicken guts mushed up (i'm assuming here) there are a guilty pleasure that I am unwilling to partake in. However, I experimented making my own healthy(ier) ones the other day. 1. Buy nice chicken breasts from shop2. Cover in clingfilm and bash with a rolling pin till flatter3. Spoon in some Philadelphia light in the middle4. Fold into Kiev type shape5. Dunk in bowl of flour6. Dip in beaten eggs7. Cover in whizzed up brown bread and cajun spice8. Shove in oven for 20-25 mins. 9. Serve with a saladLovely dinner but not a heart attack.
