Long term let: Huge room in lovely 2 bed flat overlooking Goose Green available 9th July

Hi All

I have a large room becoming available in my rented flat from 9th July, rent is ?825 with bills on top. It's a lovely flat, on Goose Green, very homely and spacious.

If you like the flat and the area but can't afford the higher rent there is the possibility that I could switch to the bigger room. The smaller, but still a good size, room is ?775 per month. I can send pictures of this if you are interested.
