If she does sack the advisers after receiving the ultimatum then she will be seen as weak & easily manipulated.

if she doesn't sack them she will risk a challenge that will detract from the Brexit negotiations.

Either way she hasn't long to survive - the nice Tory vultures have been woken up & will keep sniping until she goes.
