Hi there,


I'm a holding a 90 min seminar on how to effectively and holistically manage your stress by using a few simple tools.


My background is in psychiatry but since discovering the world of holistic health a few years ago, I retrained as an integrative health coach and have been amazed by the effect that a few simple changes can have on your life.


Participants will gain the following from the seminar.


- Understand the origins of stress and recognise the symptoms in themselves and/or others.

- Have the awareness, knowledge and strategies to deal with stress more effectively by learning several Simple Tools that can and should easily be incorporate into their daily life.

- Look at the impact of diet on stress and how small changes, even for those on a shoestring budget, can help them avoid common, health related complaints.

- Understand that whilst food and exercise are important, there are other factors that also contribute to health which are commonly ignored or unknown.

- Create a personally tailored plan to manage stress and reduce the risks of longterm disease that can be implemented immediately.
