Hi everyone

Your opinions would be very helpful. I have had a lot of requests from parents who attend Tippee Toes on a Monday morning to run an additional class. I currently only run one baby and toddler session on a Monday morning and this class is very busy. My only other available slot is 2pm on a Tuesday afternoon. Like the Monday morning session, once the 45 minute music session is finished, there will be a stay and play session with toys and you can stay any time up until 3.30pm.

Whether you come along to the class or not, in your opinion, is this a good or bad time for your little one? I am thinking that 2pm coincides with a lot of nap times so not sure it would work but not all children are the same!

I will put this question to my Monday morning class but a wider opinion would be great.

Many thanks

Kim

Hi Kimmy I come to your class on Monday and have to agree with the other posts, 2pm is a bit early. My two usually sleep til around 2.30pm, so from 3ish onwards would be great. There's not a lot on in the afternoons, so this is great news if it goes ahead. x

hi Fushia, did you mean my baby bop sessions at Soup Dragon? they're actually on at 3:30 and have said to Kim that this time seems to work well for people as others have mentioned in posts above! I tried out a 2:30 class one day a week initially but had to cancel it due to lack of attendance and I think the earlier time was definitely a big contributing factor!

Hello @new mother

I run a baby and toddler session (under 4s) on a Monday morning at 10am to 10.45am.

I also run a baby only session (3 months to 12 months/walker) on a Thursday morning at 10am to 10.45am.

Both of the above sessions also have a play and stay session after the class which finishes at 11.30am.

Hope this helps.

    • It was a weird place, and there never seemed to be many people in it. Stalls/selling areas (they  weren't really stalls as such) came and went. For a while there was an area upstairs as well. Around the beginning of ED  gentrification,  someone opened a champagne bar near the entrance. I think it also sold oysters, though there was another oyster place in the market, possibly not at the same time. Whether it did or not, unsurprisingly it didn't last long. I can't imagine they had done any market research, or even wondered why anybody would want to drink champagne in that kind of environment. I'm not sure an indoor market would work now, but what do I know. It would depend on what it sold and whether people wanted what it sold, I suppose. It wouldn't get much passing trade in Zenoria Street, so it would have to be very well advertised.
