A lovely 4 bedroom Victorian house for rent on Talfourd Place, SE15 (between Talfourd Road and Denman Road). It's in great condition with wood floors, wood shutters, a lovely garden, beautifully tiled bathrooms etc. I can send photos if you are interested.

Available from July 17 to around Dec 17 / Jan 18 but can be flexible about a shorter / slightly longer rental to suit you. Would suit a family looking to rent short-term due to eg building works or while looking for a property in the area / other reasons. Or, happy to rent to a couple / 2 sharers but no larger group of sharers.

It's a beautiful house and would be worth around ?3,300/month on the open rental market, but as I'm keen for a short term let, I'm happy to rent it for just ?2,200/month.

  Yes we've had the same letter - we left a copy of our wills (which GD drew up for us) with GD, although we have copies at home too. We were not told that GD had become Abington Law. The letter suggests that "Basic Membership" i.e. them holding a copy of our wills, is free but there are (unpriced!) options of Gold and Platinum membership too.

  Put a couple of lemon halves in a bowl of water / put in microwave and give a few minutes - the lemony steam should loosen any fat and grime deposits.
