Dr Bike will fix your bike for free June 1st

The good doctor and his para-medics will resuscitate your bike -- fix the brakes, pump up the tyres and index the gears -- between 5.30-7.30pm on Thursday June 1st. All free and everyone welcome.

The location of all this good will and hard work will be under Peckham Arch at the south end of Surrey Canal Path. Dr Bike himself; Southwark Cyclists' leader Andy Cawdell and an ace and expert volunteer called Bruno will be there giving their valuable time and wise advice.

Support workers will be on hand dispensing maps, gossip, and publicity but sadly no coffee.

The new TfL cycling maps will be available and freely distributed if you get there on time. If you want to order your own you can do that here: https://tfl.gov.uk/forms/12419.aspx . You can only order 6 at a time unless you pretend to be very important in which case they probably try and send you a bill.
