Removal companies is it worth paying them to unpack?

We are about to move our five bedroom house fro East Dulwich to sydenham and want to know if anyone recommends the extra money to get the removal men to unpack the boxes as well. Thank you!

I have moved many times and would pay them to pack it all up and move us , but i like to unpack to see where it all will go etc , but if you have things you need them to assemble beds etc , you can get them to do that
