Child care support 2 mornings a week (M & Th)

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

We are looking for nanny/mother's help support to help me with my 5 1/2 month old twins on Monday and Thursday mornings at our place in SE22 (c.7.30-11am but could be flexible on times).

We would prefer ofsted registered, dbs checked and recent first aid course, but do contact us either way.

There is a potential for more work if that suits, but immediate need is for two monings a week. Please PM me if interested.

Many thanks

Esme

Hi Esme,

My name is Sam. I'm 24 years old and have 6 years experience in Child Care. I'm a kid's party hostess with an organization called Project PlayDate. I tutored at a performing arts camp for 4 summers in a row, teaching drama to kids ages 6-16. I've produced and directed a professional children's play. I took care of a 3MTH old and 2 year old (sisters) for a year, until they were 1YR and 3YRS respectively. I've babysat occasionally for several families, with the ages of kids ranging from 2MTHS old - 9YRS old (In Barbados, NYC and London). I came to London to do a course and have decided to stay for the summer. I'm looking for temporary work while I'm here. If you need someone immediately, I am more than happy to help until you can find someone permanent. CV and references are available on demand!

Look forward to hearing from you!

- Sam

    • Not cheap for what exactly?  I find them cheaper than Superdrug and Co op for the bits I get. I think you'll find if you look for them. Packs of Beetroot, Brown sauce and other food items are much cheaper than other high Street names.  You said that you want it closed down so why would you go in there in the first place? I find certain shops and a particular eaterie on the lane to be way to expensive so I steer clear. I don't want them closed down though.
    • I'd recommend CarGiant in White City. Last time I was there 25yrs ago you could sit in all the cars (they were unlocked). An Uber will get you there.... Unlike yrs ago, Forecourt space is now expensive and scarce. You can go on AutoTrader and find stuff like this nearby, but like many others they're not selling from a Forecourt https://www.autotrader.co.uk/car-details/202502068806724?sort=relevance&searchId=fdfc8dae-7d57-4ba6-9202-d421254546a6&advertising-location=at_cars&maximum-mileage=45000&minimum-mileage=500&page=6&postcode=SE22 0HZ&price-from=1500&price-to=11000&radius=5&seller-type=trade&transmission=Automatic&fromsra
    • That's very odd. I'm with iD and have had no problems making calls at all. I don't understand the internet issues. They don't provide internet, do they? Do you mean specifically their own website? If so, why on earth don't they get it sorted out?!
    • We used to go to the CPT quite often! I don't remember any red lights over the road! When was this?!
