MMA / similar for Father & Children

Hey all,

Long time googler, first time poster.

I'm looking for an MMA or similar class for myself along with my 6 1/2 year old son and (possibly, if she's willing) my 9 year old daughter. My ideal class would allow us to train together in the same class - this is more important for my boy, I suspect.

I've seen a fair number of local classes but they all appear to be age segregated. I have no real desire to learn on my own - pushing 50 and my idea of self defence involves driving away the attacker with soiled clothes. But it'd be a really nice experience to train with my kids.
