supergolden88
My son is nearly three months old and my post baby body is starting to depress me big time... I have very limited time in which to exercise - I tend to do exercise DVDs during the week as and when I can (not very ofter to be truthful!) but would like to start running again on weekends.I need a running partner to motivate and keep me company while I run (or more likely walk at a pace) around Peckham Rye Common. At the moment I can only do it on weekends as my darling boy goes to bed around 8pm. Meeting time flexible to suit baby naps etc.As the days get longer I may even contemplate running during weekday evenings but that's very ambitious I know...Please PM if interested Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/15464-exhausted-new-mum-seeks-weekend-running-partner/ Share on other sites

supergolden88
I have done Liz's class. However I dont need a class (too inflexible, am too slow for intermediate but too advanced for beginners etc) but someone that is going through roughly what I am and can partner me on weekend runs perhaps morethanks for the suggestion though I should have said... Gussy
Hi I've just started going on Sat mornings. Have sent you a pm! Be warned though, I'm VERY unfit atm and likely to be lapped by pensioners :) Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/15464-exhausted-new-mum-seeks-weekend-running-partner/#findComment-404440 Share on other sites
