ladyruskin
I am going to my first pregnancy yoga class at JAGS this evening and was wondering what to expect. I have never done yoga before, so don't know what I need to take. I don't have a mat - will they provide one or shall I take a towel as a substitute? My sister used to go to a yoga class which required you to take a sleeping bag along!!I have phoned JAGS but the girl on the reception wasn't much help. Thanks! mrs f
Hiyayes I've been quite a few times, sadly I can't make it tonight...you don't need to take anything apart from yourself and wear comfy clothes. It is very relaxing and not at all hard work... but it's great for breathing techniques and relaxing- which i have found invaluble at times. The instructor will provide you with a mat, blocks to sit on and a blanket.Enjoy.
