I'd recommend getting a quote from Bells on LL. We used them for our quartz kitchen worktops a couple of years ago. They worked out a bit cheaper than anywhere else (Wickes etc) and did a great job. From memory they work with an external company that will visit to create a template and install the worktops when ready. We've been delighted with the results and would use them again.
