washable breast pads - any reccomendations?

Hi Sophie,

Don't recall the make, but maybe someone else will, but the ones that have a lace backing are the best I have come across. Work really well.

I suspect if you google 'lace backed breast pads' you may find them!

I like the avent ones. THey have a lace backing

I think I had the Ameda ones from the NCT shop online. They were fine during the day, but I found sometimes I needed to double-up at night.

LilyPadz silicone breast pads (also from the NCT) are very good if you get sore nipples. They won't stick to sore skin. I always washed mine with Ecover, and they lasted about 3 months.
