Body Mapping is a gentle, therapeutic process that invites you to take time to listen deeply to your body, allowing you to tap into places of energy and vitality, places of pain or fatigue, old wounds or injuries. By expressing your embodied experience in colours, shapes, words and gestures, you will create a full size visual imprint of your body. By bringing the imagination and the senses into play, Body Mapping develops creativity and personal intuition, and can support healing and growth during times of change and transition.

  Thanks for the offer of scanning but he is always far enough away from me so he doesn't let me touch him but if he gets more friendly I will contact you for help scanning. I'm also not on the streets WhatsApp or facebook groups so if anyone could repost the picture of this cat on these groups would be helpful .
