Dulwich Born And Bred
Dulwich is full of yummy mummies, yuppies and z list celebs, anyway I have some single friends, they want to hit Dulwich bars and pubs and pull some decent men...any recommendation? It would help if they were not the types that go to Kebab and wine after hours, or are best buddies with the local fruitcakes ( you know who I mean!) timtim
Defintely the Bishop. We always take our non-ED friends there and they comment on the quality of men there. Plus they have some hot barmaids for the guys :) Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/1526-best-place-to-pull/#findComment-42180 Share on other sites
BarryRoad
Two of my housemates (blokes) seem to go to the EDT and 'do quite well' from time to time. Maybe the Bishop too..I wouldn't know for sure, but that's what I've heard from them :-) Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/1526-best-place-to-pull/#findComment-42198 Share on other sites
SeanMacGabhann
I've never been a puller or pullee and with the lovely Lady MacGabhann I have no need to be, but I have "encountered" several very nice people in Inside 72 over the years - I say it's the music Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/1526-best-place-to-pull/#findComment-42204 Share on other sites
demery
Won't go down well with some here, but I once met somebody in Caffe Nero, over coffee and cake. Years of taking Penguin classic and a newspaper finally paid off. Well, at least for a couple of months. That said, she loved the area so much she did move here. lorraineliyanage
ED's never struck me as the place for singletons. You'd be best of trying Bar Story in Peckham (although it's not ED anymore!) Jah Lush
Stuff and bloody nonsense. Try the Drum, EDT, Inside 72 and the Bishop. If you can't pull in those then you're a fat ugly old git. Bit like me really. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/1526-best-place-to-pull/#findComment-42321 Share on other sites
lorraineliyanage
Really? I've never pulled in Drum, EDT, Inside 72 and the Bishop. Not that I was looking to pull, but everyone just kept to themselves in there Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/1526-best-place-to-pull/#findComment-42326 Share on other sites

Jah Lush
I think people who go out with the specific intention of pulling can look a bit desperate and that puts people off. Keef
One could argue that by wearing perfume, aftershave and other smellies, we are infact covering up our natural scents that are part of what attracts potential mates... Like it or not, we are still animals. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/1526-best-place-to-pull/#findComment-42380 Share on other sites

Brendan
Animals who have the ability to learn skills like grooming. Our mastery of such skills makes us attractive to the opposite sex. I think there is some primal correlation between a man?s ability to wash his armpits and his ability to kill mammoths.I could be wrong though.
