Mon - Fri afterschool nanny/mothers help

Hi there, I am exploring looking for live-out mothers help/nanny when my current au pair leaves in August this year (so starting from end of August when new school term starts). My alternative is to get another au pair.

I live in Brockley with a 7 yo and a 12yo girl (secondary).

Role would be:

Daily 3.15 pick-up - 7.30pm

Mornings perhaps once or twice a week.

Occasional evening work (with advance notice)

Some full days in the school holidays.

So approx. 25 hours a week on a normal week, more in the school holidays.

Take the kids to and from after-school clubs, maybe twice a week.

Occasional cooking/helping with the dinner (although we usually cook).

Help with light housework too - the things the au pair does now ie, hanging out and folding washing and making sure the kitchen is tidy, nothing heavy.

Supervise the kids homework on the days they have time, basically to be good company for them.
