mrs.lotte
I know that there is a Woodcraft folk group at Goose Green but can anyone tell me day/times they meet? Ditto nearby cub group? Thanks Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/15230-woodcraft-folkcubs/ Share on other sites
Medusa
I think there's more than one at Goose Green. One meets at St John's church/community centre on Tues 6.30-8pm. It's an Elfin group (ages 6-9) but there's also a Pioneers (10-13) group there. If you look on their website you'll find a local contact. There's often a waiting list - be warned. cactus
I'm keen to find out the same information. I looked on the Woodcraft Folk website earlier this week, and although it does list the Southwark groups, there's no contact information available. TechnicalBoy
There's some Woodcraft Folk Groups in Brockley, Deptford and Blackheath if that's any good to anyone. The Brockley group meets on Mondays, not sure about the others.Their website is here (for all of the above), with a contact formhttp://groupspaces.com/SouthEastLondonDistrictWoodcraThe website isn't updated so much, but that's because the groups are too busy doing stuff! Expect waiting lists...However, the contact form will get a response. For other areas, phone numbers are here:http://woodcraft.org.uk/pressI'd suggest ringing, it's much easier when people actually talk! canela
There are two elfin groups around ED - Tuesday evenings in the Goose Green Centre, and Thursday evenings in North Dulwich. Both groups are pretty full though so expect a waiting list. Pioneers (over 9s) meet in ED Community Centre on a Tuesday evening.
