Side return questions

Does anyone know the approximate cost of having your side return done? Approx building costs and fitted kitchen costs separate, if possible. Just a single storey side return and sliding doors at end for garden light/access.

I'm sure there is a wide variance in how much you can spend, but any experiences would be helpful.

Depending on size and materials for roof etc roughly 15-20k building costs and 1.5k-2k fitted kitchen cost. Just been quoted on a job and happy to go through it with you Mick.

We just finished one in Ondine Road just before Christmas and that came in at about ?27k excluding decoration
