Part-time nanny needed

Recommended Posts

We are a friendly family with two fun boys (5 and 2) living in East Dulwich. We?re looking for someone reliable to look after our 2 year-old for two days a week, ideally from May/June. The hours would be roughly 8.30 to 6.30. We can be flexible on the days of the week.

Very occasionally, you might also need to look after our 5 year-old, for example if he has a day off school.

If you're interested, please PM me.

Hi Sarah,

My name is Sam. I'm 24 years old and have 6 years experience in Child Care. I was a kid's party hostess for 5 years with an organization called Project PlayDate. I tutored at a performing arts camp for 4 summers in a row, teaching drama to kids ages 6-16. I've produced and directed a professional children's play. I took care of a 3MTH old and 2 year old (sisters) for a year, until they were 1YR and 3YRS respectively. I've babysat occasionally for several families, with the ages of kids ranging from 2MTHS old - 9YRS old (in NY, Barbados and London) CV and references are available on demand! Very interested in this job.

Look forward to hearing from you!

- Sam

    • Never had a problem with Poundland - good selection of stock and shop is clean. I have always found staff helpful, pleasant and go out of their way to try and help. one in Barnstaple in Devon is I believe closing down- shop is not laid out as well, cramped and not a pleasant experience. Sure there is going to be major complaints when it closes. if the shop closes in East Dulwich, without doubt  local community will complain - not everyone can afford prices that other shops charge.
    • Many years ago whilst a male friend was canvassing during election time, he knocked on a door in Crystal Palace Road. Was greeted by a lady in glamorous (according to him) nightwear  who offered her services in exchange for voting for a particular candidate!  Our friend, who must have been in his 60s at that point , politely declined. We all had a good laugh over this and every time people went canvassing for years afterwards, they were regaled with this story.
