Nanny required for 4 day per week role - POSITION FILLED

Recommended Posts

The amazing Nanny that we found to look after our 13 month old daughter and her 12 month old friend, has sadly decided that she will be moving later in the year and as such has decided not to take the role. I start back at work on 15 May and need to find a replacement asap. Ideally, we would be looking for someone to start the week of 15 May, however, the most important thing is that we find the right nanny for our girls and we would consider a later start date for an amazing nanny.

Further information about the role is below:

Four friends living a short walk away from each other in the East Dulwich/Forest Hill borders seek a fun, creative and professional nanny to look after our two little girls.

Maddie is 12 months old and a smiley, energetic and engaging little girl who loves to please others. She is into everything and likes to explore how things work.

Frankie is a bubbly and sweet 11 month old. Currently her favourite thing is chasing our cats round the house.

Requirements:

Ideally we are looking for a nanny to join us from w/c 15 May but will consider a later start date for an amazing nanny. This is a four day week role working either Tuesday - Friday or Monday - Thursday looking after Maddie, with Frankie joining for three days per week on a term time only basis. From September, you will look after both Maddie and Frankie for four days per week with Frankie remaining on a term time only schedule. There is also potential for ad hoc babysitting.

We will need you to be organised and create a happy, stimulating and safe environment for the girls, this will include:

-preparing and feeding them healthy and nutritious meals

-helping us to follow and develop their daily routines

-helping them both continually develop through play and exploration (setting up daily activities for them both and coordinating play dates)

-researching and taking the girls to appropriate groups and activities

-keeping a regular log of your days together

-tidying up after the children and keeping our home as you found it

Applicants must have:

-3 years minimum experience in sole charge of babies and children

-experience looking after more than one child at any one time

-familiarity with baby sign language (or a willingness to learn) would be desirable but not essential

-CRB check

-first aid documentation

-be a non-smoker

-speak fluent English

-be legally entitled to work in the UK (can provide passport, permits, visa)

-be in the UK now and available for interview

-be willing to commit to this role for at least 1 year

Hello,

I just saw your sad news about tour nanny situation. I'm looking for nanny possible but the catch is uts has to bend of the May as it's when I finish working after 4 years with amazing families! I had them since the little girl was 15 months so I treat the kids as they are mine and I'm part of family.

I'm ofsted registered with many years of experiences working with kids since young age.i also have experiences working as nanny share (I had to cely chaps age 10 months!) so I know how to deal with kids in same age.

I'm also qualified nurse (from Slovakia! So I can do magic in kids when they fall over 🙈.)

If you have any more questions feel free to ask I'm also happy o priced excelent references.

King regards Andrea
