On offer is a double room in a 5 bed house, in East Dulwich. You will be sharing with 4 ladies and a cat!

The house is located just off lordship lane so in a great location for all the restaurants, pubs, shops and cinema. A minutes walk from the bus stop where the 40, 185 and 176 run. We are also 9 minutes walk from East Dulwich station. So pretty well connected!

The house has the usual stuff. A fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms and large reception/communal area which is super homely.

The housemates are 4 x ladies who go about their own business but we are all really chilled and considerate. We enjoy hanging out but also enjoy our personal space. There is also a very handsome cat !

The room is a small double. Furnished, but if you want items removed then it's flexible. Has a small built in wardrobe and overlooks the garden.

Rent is ?535 a month and the bills come in at around ?50.

    • Good to hear that Farage and Musk are supporting this.  I can't post further thought as it is before the watershed
    • Good point, I was listening to a radio documentary where an American couple hired a cottage in a place called Ambridge, either in Worcester or Warwick shire (couldn't find the village on a map).  Imagine their surprise after they had let themselves in (key under the mat) when the owner came home - appears to be a scam.  So maybe check out Airbnb Vbro and similar sites to see if your place is being listed without your permission.
    • Does anyone know whether a bot farm could do this given it needs a postcode? Does it ask you to confirm your email address like council ones do? If it is a bot farm they seemingly have good knowledge of Labour heartlands given London hasn't responded as strongly as others and nor have Bristol, Cardiff and Bath!!! 😉     If this is all bot farm it's getting a lot of attention. • When you start quoting the magna carta you’re in trouble imo. Maybe step back from Twitter. We just had a general election. Labour won a landslide. Demanding another election straight away because you didn’t like the outcome and because a bot farm demands it, isn’t how our system works. 🤖
