Wanted: anyone with garage near Lordship Lane Estate consider sharing?

Hi there,

I have a motorbike and am looking for somewhere safe to keep it - not far from where I live, near Lordship Lane Estate. I have been on a waiting list for a garage for 5 years but no reasonable opportunity has ever arisen - and I doubt anything will come up in the near future.

I wonder if anyone who owns a garage, and has the space (possibly someone else who also owns a bike and has the room to also fit my bike in their garage, or someone who uses the garage for storage but has space for me to come and go with my bike) near to that area - i.e. walking distance from where I live would be open to sharing it with me? I would happily pay a monthly fee to share the garage space with someone as long as I can have free access to that garage.

I know this is a long shot...

  Might it be more respectful to refrain from asking this on a local forum which his family are on as if it's merely akin to casually asking if anyone has heard what's happening with the empty shop space next to Oliver Bonas or if anyone knows which dentists are taking on new patients?
