Letter stamp set for use in craft/jewellery design

These 4mm letter stamps in upper case font are used to imprint letters into metal. The stamps are sold in a set of 27, including all 26 letters of the alphabet and a ampersand (&) stamp. These metal stamps offer designers a huge range of options for creating their own, custom stamped jewellery, metalwork and craft projects. Developed by artists, for artists, these high quality stamps ensure your designs make the perfect first impression. Each stamp is made from hardened steel, and is perfect for use on soft metals such as silver, gold, copper, brass, pewter and aluminium. The stamps can also be used on mixed media such as clays, leather, card, wax, wood, glass and some fabrics. To use these letter stamps, place your metal on a steel bench block or anvil. Strike stamp with an appropriate hammer such as a brass mallet to create the stamped design. The striking force will determine the depth of the stamped design.

Hi, these sound great but I can't tell from the photo whether they are the right way round or reversed? I would like to press them into clay, but not if the letters will come out back to front. All the best, Kim

Sorry Carole, I think I have got this wrong. Don't mean to mess you about but I have looked at the photo enlarged and it won't work for me as I will have to press on the surface of the piece and not from below. I am pretty sure they will end up backwards. Sorry for wasting your time, it wasn't intended. All the best, Kim

Hi Kim - you honestly haven't got it wrong. They are designed to be used by pressing into the top of clay and I can guarantee you the letters will come out the correct way round! Kind regards - Carole

Kim - if you swivel some of the letters in the photo through 180 degrees e.g. B and C, you can see they would be OK. They are just in the box "upside down".
