2/3 Bedroom Victorian Flat with Garden Available - Short or Long term

Our 2 double bedroom (plus single bedroom/office), spacious garden flat on Tintagel Crescent will be available from end of May. Looking for a long term tenant to replace us no later than 1 June or a 1 month sublet for June. Our current rent is $1825, but will consider offers for the 1 month sublet.

Many of the original features of the flat remain, including a working fireplace in the living room, hard wood flooring throughout and access to a shared garden. The rooms are bright with built in storage, the single bedroom is currently used as an office and the two other bedrooms are doubles. The flat comes furnished.

The property is located approximately 3 minutes (0.2 miles) from the East Dulwich railway station, yet very quiet, with little through traffic. Goose Green park is at the end of the street, and the pubs, restaurants and shops on Lordship Lane a minute or two's walk. East Dulwich leisure centre and pool is also only approximately two minutes walk away.

Dear advertiser,

If property has not already been snapped up, I would be interested in a short term let of one month - June. I have a friend visiting me from abroad from the 1st June, I'm a bit tight for space. If the flat is still available for the month of June then please could you call me on 07958-619342.

Thank you

    • A beer in the garden would have been nice, I'm sure! Mine was a meal inside. I don't remember much about it except that it was horrible.
    • Went to the Harvester a couple of times to have a beer in the garden, it was quite popular and had a 'certain' charm.
    • I never went in The Grove when it was a pub, but I had a meal there once when it was a Harvester (I used to occasionally be a Mystery Shopper, and I was persuaded to go and have this meal because it was a bank holiday and they couldn't find anyone else to do it.) It was truly horrible. At least I got paid for eating it, albeit not very much, but I think I would have paid not to have to eat it. If it becomes an "affordable" restaurant again, I hope at least it has decent food. Why do "these youngsters" need "adult help" to be enterprising? They aren't six year olds!
    • At the end of the day, whilst these youngsters have been enterprising presumably with adult help & I also assume no local youth group - the fact remains that it is a prime site fir redevelopment be it a supermarket - Aldi, Lidel whatever or social housing which, let’s be honest here lots  of people need.   Know Idea why has been derelict gor do long anyhow, but somewhere on this site I think there is a problem with who owns it. And let’s not forget the homeless man who slept there - Front on Lordship Lane who had his home destroyed by I assume vandals a couple of years ago.
