Wanted - flat/house rental for one month, November 2017

I live in West Dulwich and my husband and I need a month long rental whilst we have building work done in our flat. Minimum one bedroom flat (not studio) or house suitable for a couple plus 4 month old baby (entire property). Would be required from approx. November 6th for 4 weeks. We are very considerate guests and often use AirB&B but hardly anything available locally that's suitable! Preferably no pets but happy to look after a garden if required!

  Had a great experience with Gary who re plastered my ceiling. He was quick and saved me money by advising on work I could do myself. The room was cleaned well afterwards and I am very happy with the quality of the work.
