just wanted to send best wishes to anybody who like myself for whatever reason are alone this christmas, its not easy listening to everybody celebrating and enjoying themselves. its like valentines day not so much fun when your're alone, so thoughts and best wishes to all fellow people alone this xmas
Christmas was fun when I was a kid or when my kid was a kid. But I've spent one on my own too in London without feeling I was missing anything. However if it's considered a day to show how much you care for people, you can do that any day of the year and all the nicer it will be if it's March the 16th at 3 o clock than December the 25th, when it's can be an obligation.

Their South London Opinion page was particularly biased.
