Anyone done a gap year/internship abroad?

Hi there

I'm looking for women for a magazine article who are either doing an internship abroad as a way of getting into a new career or who have previously (within the past few years) done a gap year where they worked in a different/new industry specifically so they could get a new job when they got back.

This is normally because it's easier to get these jobs in a different country without the experience - a stepping stone to getting into a new industry back in the UK. Plus you get to live abroad for a while!

I need to talk to women who are 30 plus.
