We specialize in the design and build of large-scale home improvement projects for both residential and commercial clients based predominantly in South London and Surrey. We have been operating since 2006 and to date have delivered various projects ranging from alterations on an existing loft space to double storey extensions and full home refurbishments.

As a full-service construction company, we are able to manage every stage of a project from design and planning, through to build completion. We are always mindful of the wider impact of a building project but are also perfectionists for architectural detail and build quality, and consistently stay focused on the clients needs

We specialise in a number of different services, ranging from carpentry and building services, to painting and decorating. Our team is built up of highly qualified individuals that are well experience in their field. I honestly cannot recommend Lenny @ Hamilton Walters highly enough. They've been seriously quick, efficient, always on the end of a phone when we've got any questions and we have regular meetings each week to update us on progress and they've been brilliant.

We are pleased to inform you all that our new website has now fully updated and improved to reflect us better as a company and what services we are able to provide, including our very own superstructure option for those of you who are having trouble getting your projects up and running

This is a service we predominantly offer to clients with a lower budget who are keen to get the shell of there build completed as soon as they can allowing them to see progress and use the space until hey are ready for phase 2. It is then up to you when and how you finish your project, whether that be with us or a different contractor as there are no obligations.

Alternatively we have a lot of DIY clients with slightly more experience within the industry whom may want to take their own project through to completion themselves, using their own contractors, suppliers or contacts.

This option is custom made to your current situation and can be tailored to your specific needs.
