Room available in our lovely houseshare at Forest Hill road. Huge unfurnished double room in top floor of 4-bed house (we might be able to provide a bed and matress). Benefits: 1 minute from Peckham rye park, easy transport links. Really good rent and fortnightly cleaner. 3 male housemates, one creative therapist, one events manager and one mature student. House comprises of living room, 2 bathrooms, small garden,entirely renovated new kitchen. Move in date within the next month and a half.   Good point, I was listening to a radio documentary where an American couple hired a cottage in a place called Ambridge, either in Worcester or Warwick shire (couldn't find the village on a map). Imagine their surprise after they had let themselves in (key under the mat) when the owner came home - appears to be a scam. So maybe check out Airbnb Vbro and similar sites to see if your place is being listed without your permission.
