Baby Swimming Lessons - Aquatots

Evening All, I hope you all enjoyed the lovely sunny weekend.

Aquatots teach baby and toddler swimming lessons near by, and we still have a few spaces left for our Spring Term.


Starts wk/commencing 21st April

Level 1 (Babies from 10 weeks - 18months)

- Monday 10:30am

- Wednesday - 10:30am

- Thursday - 12noon


Toddlers (from 18months to 4yrs)

- Monday 11:30am

- Wednesday 11:00am

- Thursday 12noon


Our Catford pool is warm pool within a private residence address, with access to a spacious lounge, which is great for feeding babies before or after class.

Aquatots also teach AQUANATAL CLASSES @ Lewisham Hydro pool on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.


During our lessons we teach lots of life saving skills, underwater swims and lots of fun above the water skills. There are also a huge number of psychological & cognitive benefits to baby swimming and it?s a great for bonding too.

    • They seem to think that it's residents are green. As in naive that is given the amount of dishonesty and cobblers that they come out with. Its like buzzword bingo. Sustainable, organic, green, stake holders, local jobs blah blah blah. Absolute cobblers and box ticking.
    • Surely it has to be "the knocking shop" (1860s slang) as it is the oldest profession around 😅 It always surprised me that one used to operate on Bawdale Road, just around the corner from the old police station (so I've been told 🤭) 
    • The closing date from the survey is in two days. 
    • I don't think the baths have been "in continuous operation"? They were closed for renovation. I can't remember exactly when, but I remember some "discussion" on here because the pool  could/should have been made longer and/or deeper, and wasn't. Itv certainly has a relatively shallow deep end, and it's a pity that people can't dive
