Buying in Dawson Heights

I was considering looking at some properties for sale in Dawson Heights. I was just wondering if anybody had any thoughts on build quality on the estate. Is noise insulation good?

Also, is the estate safe?

  Had a great experience with Gary who re plastered my ceiling. He was quick and saved me money by advising on work I could do myself. The room was cleaned well afterwards and I am very happy with the quality of the work.
