Recommendation - Excellent Decorators - GLOSS London

Just wanted to write a recommendation for GLOSS London.

The company and the team have done an absolutely excellent job repainting our house. The finish is fantastic, especially considering how bad the woodwork and plaster must begin with.

GLOSS London was in contact with me throughout the whole six week project. They also had regular meetings with me to discuss progress and offer any suggestions. Every evening we came home to find all the paints, brushes and dustsheets neatly folded and put away. Any rubbish was removed and they also swept and hoovered which really reduce stress on the work that was being done.

We have already booked GLOSS London in to complete all of the upstairs wallpapering at once the rooms are ready. Thanks for a truly fantastic job!

  I am sorry to continue this, but I found your previous comment about me very personal, disturbing and upsetting, which was why I responded at length. I'm sorry it bored you. I try to stick to facts. I have investigated. You (and anyone else) can go into the "search" settings on here and do a search on an author's name. So you can (I presume) find all my posts, including any which were replying to you. I can't imagine that they are in greater numbers than my replies to anyone else, but you can see for yourself. I guess you can probably also find examples of what you call my "usual sarcasm". I wasn't aware that l had a tendency to sarcasm, though I do find a lot of things funny. There is no need to reply to this unless you actually find evidence in support of what you said. Sorry everybody else. I had to get it off my chest as I was lying awake last night worrying about it 😭

  The Section 20 is just notification of intention to carry out works. You have the right to object, propose an alternative or find different contractors. If you are joint freeholders why is your co freeholder acting unilaterally? What is your usual mechanism for making decisions?
