Short term rental needed. Large double/studio or possibly one bed

Hi,

I'm helping a friend find some short term accommodation in the Herne Hill, Brixton, North Dulwich or East Dulwich areas.

He works in TV and has a contract from April 28th to July 12th. He can be flexible on moving dates.

He has his own home in Devon, is respectful, considerate and friendly. He has shared in North London in the past, so is used to living with people, though happy to consider a studio or one bed. If sharing, ideal would be friendly professionals - mid 30's plus - who enjoy the odd glass of vino together but not a party house.

He likes football (support Spurs - BOO!), loves film, was a law graduate but turned to the media for a more fun life (big mistake!)and has an interest in art, politics and 'the middle way'.
