Ever thought about combining Personal Training with Chi Gung (Tai Chi)?


Spring is now here and there is no better way to start a day than with a 30-min session in the park with PT Chi Gung.


If you are interested, leave a message or PM me. I have thousands of hours PT, rehabbing stroke survivors and many more too.


Once I have 5 to 10 interested, we will start!



BTW, your children come free and dogs allowed too!
