Council/local authority 60s/70s style flat required for one day of filming

I'm currently producing a short film which will require a day of shooting in a 60s/70s concrete style council/local authority flat.

The date will be one Sunday in May.

We need to shoot some scenes outside, but also a couple of scenes inside. This would require access to the flat's front door, hallway and one (empty) room. The areas we're shooting in would need to look fairly sparse.

We're looking around East Dulwich and naturally will pay you for your trouble.

We are a small crew and will be very respectful of your home. It will be a fully insured shoot.
