Frog bike 52 for sale in excellent condition, finished in bright orange.

This is the newer version of the bike with an 8 speed Shimano Altus derailleur and a trigger shifter. The bike has 20 inch wheels and would suit a 5 to 8 year old. Full specifications at www.frogbikes.com

The bike is made from lightweight aluminium, and will come with an extra pair of unused off road tyres, a spare pair of inner tubes and an unused pair of mudguards.

There are some light scuff marks from regular use. I am located in Honor Oak Park, SE 23.

  I'm not particularly in favour of this proposal, but what is the evidence that there's "no demand for student housing around ED"? Surely there's no demand for it because there presently isn't any?! Students have to live somewhere, Kings is a teaching hospital (I think) as is the dental hospital (I think) plus East Dulwich has reasonable transport links into central London and this site is near both trains and several bus routes.
